Friends & Family gathered to celebrate Roxanne and Juan. Her girlfriend created her bouquet (isn’t it beautiful!) Dinner was served buffet style & the ceremony was so quick i almost didn’t make my way around to my usual vantage points.
Juan was willing to undertake the first look and portraits in his suit despite the ZILLION degree weather and i am so glad he did… when Roxanne set her eyes on him the tears fell… it was worth the near heat stroke- it was an unforgettable moment. (and YES she still cried during the ceremony) Roxanne was the most laid back a bride could be- her tears were in part because of how simple & perfect her wedding turned out to be… she wanted to marry Juan without all of the fuss… and that is what she did. it was a sweet day.
Roxanne and Juan were married at 7 F Lodge in College Station, Texas. It is a great venue with fantastic amenities- private cabins (themed by country… they were in France & Mexico) outdoor dance floor, in and out door dining, and it features a great chapel. If you are looking for a simple outdoor venue in the Bryan- College Station area this is worth checking out.
